Feature No. 7

Here below is three pages that I have created for "Tomorrows Memories"...

I have also made some cards with the left overs...even though cards are not my specialty...

If you are able to, you can view these IRL at Tomorrows Memories in Bassendean.

Feature No. 6

I haven't put any photos on this book yet as I think it would make a beautiful gift.  I usually take photos at the special person's birthday party and give the photos as an extra present.  Not one but two special and sentimental gifts that money can't buy!!!

To all the little Princesses out there keep dreaming of wonderful times ahead...as you will show them in Cinderella, even when all the odds are against you, it still all works out wonderfully...Happily Ever After.

I have used the very pretty flowers from Manor House Creations and Kaisercraft wooden Princess OTP album here.  I "think" I used Sandylion Cinderella papers but to be honest Im not certain.

Feature No. 5
Here is another page to go with my little cowboys party book. I remember he didn't know how to blow out the candles yet (even tho we tried to teach him earlier;) He would make the letter "Ffff" instead of blowing (how cute:) - behind the main photo I have put other photos where you can see him studying the other kids faces while they helping him to blow out the candles!!!
I also made sure that the Wagon Wheels are able to still turn, as he just loves interactive pages ;)
(I have also taught him to now say that I am "the best mum in the world") I know right? Happy creating everyone!!!

Feature No. 4

A page of my little cowboy when he turned 2!!! I love the Dusty Curls Alphabet for his pages, they just suit perfectly! I actually had the letter "I" next to the H but it went walk about at some point? I have used pinecone ink and a rose stamp then finished off with glossy accents.
Next piece of Fabulous DA is the new release Wagon Wheels - LOVE it !!! Again using pinecone ink and a screw brad for the centre.

I have used a very old range of paper from K and Company which is just my favourite of all time (as far as boy papers go ;) Anyone who knows me, will know that I am definitely a "girl" mum!!!

Feature No. 3

Just another page for the Actopus to Zelephant Album K & Company.  It is quite a powerful message indeed.

Feature No. 2

The right half of the page is actually a folder that can be taken out and opened. It contains the photos of the food and beverages and also the very special treasure chest cake. I can't take credit for the awesome design of this folder as it is from a class I did quite a while ago now but when I remember I will be sure to post who it was done by and also hopefully the instructions (that would be when I find them and naturally with the permission of the Designer ;) Hopefully not too far in the future.

I hope you liked looking at this one even a pinch of how much I enjoyed creating it!!!!...

NB:  I have found the instructions for the folder and it was from Kazazz.

Feature No. 1

This is the start of a complete album series named "Actopus to Zelephant" from K & Co.  It is all about animals from the letter A to Z with a page (or double page) for each letter.  I have photographed here the letter H.  This is the second page of two.  From a creating point of view I have used the Dusty Attic Chicken Wire Panel to complement thee paper range.

Here are some close up photos down below. The chicken wire was created using Tattered Angels Glimmer Glaze (Pewter), silver Rub n buff and some Dimentional magic.

I have a fold out tab under the quote "Cute Chick" as I prefer to keep my journalling hidden where possible.  I do however have a mini folder with co-ordinating cards especially for journalling with this album.

It is dedicated to my 7 year old son, therefore it is aimed at his liking and his taste.  He will enjoy this album now and probably again when he has children of his own.  It is not my style but he will cherish it.

The little cat embellishment down the bottom has some of his dad's pigeon feathers stuck in the nest (made from a real twig) for a little bit of fun and he thinks these particular photos and this page is fantastic!!!

And now for the album that will hold all of these precious pages:-

K & Co. are one of my all time favourite companies as they take alot of the hard work out for you.  Their themes and styles are on the most part classic ranges which will stand the test of time.  I am quite certain that the work I have done using their products will be enjoyed for all the years that they last.  You will find their products here

Below is a special treat that we get every Easter to share with you and yours.  This is especially nice for the children to see...

This is our gorgeous cat, the kids say she is a bit posh.  She's not worried, but she IS trying to get some peace and quite in this cosy brown paper bag...
BECAUSE it is very noisy in our house at the moment...
Tap, tap, tap, chirp, chirp,chirp...
These are in our little orange incubator, that sits on our kitchen bench.  You put the eggs in, plug it in, turn it on and in exactly 21 days later you get this...
 two more...
Starting to dry out and fluff up...
Then they get upgraded to a bigger room...
They sometimes fall asleep standing up!

A Cute Chick - and they all get names like fluffy and clucky and even omlette!!!  We had a special one this year named "EB" after the Easter Bunny in a movie that was showing this year.
Then they all get some serious attention and love...
and get a little spoilt (like us:)...

So tell me which came first, the chicken or the egg? (you can leave a comment if you would like to)...

HAPPY, HAPPY, EASTER!!!

Feature No. 1
"Barbie" was the theme I chose for the "Girls Paperie" range of papers.  I decorated Barbie's little sister Stacey with paper also! The large flower (bottom right) I made in a class by the VERY talented Sarah Looby-Loo.  I also made a "World's Greatest Gran" gift out a tin can that the children can give to their grandmother for her birthday.  I went a bit crazy with this paper and started alot of other pages which will eventuate into an entire album dedicated to my very own Barbie girls, so watch out for these...

About Me - Concise Biography

My photo
My work history is varied and diverse. From the high profile studios of NWS Channel 9, to the exciting aviation industry, I have a resume' with an extensive list of skills and experience. I reside in sunny Australia. The main purpose of this blog was that it was started out of necessity but has grown into something I enjoy. “To Do What You Love, and Feel That It Matters, What Could Be More Fun?”. I believe this particular industry promotes self esteem in many, whilst being part of a Design Team helps businesses and friends but most of all I love all the fantastic messages that one can give to another through this avenue. It assists me in my endeavour to leave the world a better place… (and as Barbie would say at the beauty pageant "and I wish for world peace";) Hoping that you find some inspiration from my work!
