Santa Baby

Now that we all have those Christmas photos developed, it is a great motivator to create!!!

I have used a Kaisar wooden "wish" album, created an outside "jacket" and pretty much gone to town on embellishments.

The title and theme is "Santa Baby".  The song was originally sung by Marilyn Monroe and later by Kylie Monogue.  The words to the song are spread throughout the album, ending with my "wish list" to Santa on the last page.


















The special, very glamorous flowers are from Manor House Creations .  The latest release was just so very sparkly and pretty!!!!!!!!  I am very much looking forward to their new mid-month release which is coming soon...

I have created a few projects for Manor House Creations using a combination of the flowers below:-

Manor House Flowers:

IRIS - Green
SPRINGTIME - Lavender
MAYGLO - Pink


The layers of flowers have been peeled apart and "mixed and matched", the gorgeous pink, purple and green combination is a favourite combination and always perfect for a little girl.

I try to make a girl version and a boy version of projects as having 2 of both,  it is easier to design this way!

I have used a paper pad from K and Company (sweet pea baby girl) this time and last time it was sweet pea baby boy.  The pre co-ordinated papers are a stable lifesaver for anyone who struggles with same.

Old Moccona, Glass Storage Jars

Today's project is about storage.  I have used old Moccona glass jars for storing pretty much whatever you like in!!!

I have measured the height of same and used Bazzill and patterned paper to create a wrap around, personalised, label.

The gorgeous flowers are from Manor House Creations and they have been safely hidden but nicely displayed in the removable airtight seal.
